Summary
This article explains how to make a driver unavailable for work in the Logistics system.
More Information
Go into " Logistics Management Maintenance Options Unavailable Dates Enter & Amend Records".
- Press <D>, press <Enter>, type in the code for the driver you want to make unavailable.
- Enter the start and end date of their unavailable time.
- Enter any notes relevant to the unavailable time.
- If the driver is unavailable for all days during this period leave the "Days Unavailable" set to 'All Days'. Otherwise press <F5> next to 'All Days' to untag this and then press <F5> next to each of the days they will be unavailable.
- Press <Esc> and [Accept] to save the holiday times.
