Summary
The following article explains how to create or edit appointment types.
More Information
Go to " Personnel Planning Diary Entries".
- Either click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new appointment or highlight an existing appointment and click [Edit] or press <F5>.
- Move the cursor to the "Type" field and press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the Appointment Type Search window.
- To edit an existing code click [Search] and [Edit] on the code to amend.
- Enter a three character code in the "Appointment Type" field.
- Enter a suitable "Description".
- If you wish to colour code the appointment types, click the box next to "Text" to change the text colour or the box next to "Background" to change the background colour of the type.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
