Summary

The CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) / SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager) displays all customer or supplier activity for a given range of time (1, 3, 5 and 7 years).

It allows you see all activity in a time period for a Customer without having to move from one area of Platinum to another. For most views the [Details] button will allow more in depth details of the current activity to be displayed.

More Information

From anywhere in Platinum that has an attached Customer or Supplier <Alt+Y> can be used to call up the Relationship Manager showing the following information.

CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Will display (some may be dependant on that module being active).

  • Tasks (Outstanding and Closed).
  • Invoices and Credits.
  • Vehicle Sales Activity.
  • Workshop Jobs (Past and Current).
  • Diary Activity.
  • Sales Prospecting Contacts.
  • General Client Contacts.
  • Stock Movements (Sales).

SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager)

Will display (some may be dependant on that module being active).

  • Tasks (Outstanding and Closed).
  • Diary Activity.
  • Stock Movements (Purchases).
