Details
You can save multiple addresses against one customer.
More Information
Order Processing
The delivery address for an order is entered as you create the order. Once you have typed the address but before you leave the last line, press <F3> to save the address.
Stock Control
The delivery address for a stock invoice is entered at the "Document Control" screen, Once you have typed the address but before you leave the last line, press <F3> to save the address.
Delivery Addresses
Selection
To use the addresses that you have saved, from the Delivery Name field, press <F1> to scroll through the saved addresses.
Amendment
To edit the delivery addresses, go to "Stock Control" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Delivery Name Maintenance"
- Enter the customer code and then use <F1> to scroll through the saved addresses.
- Find the one that you want, edit as necessary and then press <F3> to save the address.
- You will need to delete the old address by pressing <F10> when the old address is shown on the screen.
