This is the percentage V.A.T. charged at the time the document was raised, and will reflect V.A.T. rates in effect at that time.

Returns

A numeric value whose typical size is 3 digits plus 2 decimal places. There are currently 4 V.A.T. rates available to Platinum, these are usually configured as below.
