You will need to link a Price Code to a Site. This allows you to set specific stock prices for that site. This can be useful when working with multiple stores or locations where the prices differ.
Managing Site Prices
If you need to set up an additional site, please follow this article. If you need to set up a new "Price Code" for this:
- Go to " Stock Control Maintenance Options Price, Group & Depot Codes Add or Edit Price Ranges".
- Click [Add] and enter a code for your new prices.
- Enter a Description of the Price Code.
- Exit and save the Price Code.
Once you have the new Price Code set up, you will need to enter the prices that you want to use. See this article for how to set up or change prices.
Once you have sorted out the Price Code and its prices, go back into the Site area as described in this article. You can then allocate the new Price Code as the Standard Price Over-ride that you want to use for that site.
