This article will explain how to add multiple vehicles to a job.

You can add multiple vehicles to a job, when either creating a new job or editing an existing job.

Existing

  • Press <F9> and fill in the search criteria.
  • Click on [Search]. This will list jobs that match the search criteria.
  • Click on [Edit] or press <F5> against the relevant job. This will take you to the "Job Properties" screen.
  • Press <Page-Down> until you get to the [Drivers & Vehicles], or click the [Drivers & Vehicles] tab.
  • If a vehicle was assigned to the job originally they will be shown on "Vehicle 1:" field.
  • Simply enter in the 'vehicle code' for the vehicles you wish to assign to the job using the remaining "vehicle" slots.
You can enter up to six vehicles on any single job.
If you want to spread the total revenue across the vehicles, either enter an amount in the "Amounts" field or enter a percentage of the spread.

New Job

  • Press <F6>. This will take you to the "Job Properties" screen.
  • Add the relevant information to the logistics job, i.e. Customer, Job No., Order No., Rate, Quantity, Collection and Delivery details.
  • Press <Page-Down> until you get to the [Drivers & Vehicles], or click the [Drivers & Vehicles] tab.
  • If a vehicle was assigned to the [Details] tab they will be shown on "Vehicle 1:" field.
  • Simply enter the 'vehicle code' for the vehicles you wish to assign to the job using the remaining "vehicle" slots.
You can enter up to six vehicles on any single job.
If you want to spread the total revenue across the vehicles, either enter in an amount in the "Amounts" field or enter a percentage of the spread.
