Summary

Sometimes you will need to copy a previous vehicle stock already on the system to create a new vehicle. This needs to be done for various reasons the most likey of which will be If a new previously sold vehicle gets traded back in later as a part exchange.

Additional Information

  • Go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Add or Edit Vehicles".
  • Press <F2> to get the next available stock code (Automatically Generated number).
  • The Press <Ctrl+F10> to Copy a vehicle
  • This will bring up a box headed "Copy Vehicle" which will ask the question "Which vehicle do you want to copy from?". Here enter the vehicle number fo the record you wish to copy and click [OK]
  • Finally press <Esc> and [Accept] to save the vehicle record.
