Description
Returns the reference number of any General Notes that may have been entered for the current transaction.
This variable should be used in conjunction with the $NOTES function to return a line of notes entered for this transaction.
 | $NOTES{X28,1} returns the first line of notes. |

None.
Returns
A numeric value whose typical size is 8 digits.
