More Information

If you are entitled to the Apprenticeship Levy allowance, please follow these instructions to enter your allowance.

Platinum Payroll will only apply the Levy if your pay bill exceeds the current threshold.

  • At "Apprenticeship Levy Allowance", enter the allowance to apply to this payroll.
Connected companies or charities have an allowance which can be shared between PAYE schemes. Enter the value to apply to this payroll or set it to 0 if you cannot claim the allowance but are subject to the Levy.
  • Press <Esc> until you return to the main menu. The value is stored automatically.

Remember to submit your monthly EPS to ensure any Levy due and Allowance claimed is submitted to HMRC.
