Summary
This article explains how to get a Stock Valuation at a Date.
More Information
Go to "Stock Control" -> "Stock Reports" -> "Stock Report Generator".
In the "Filter on:" field type 'Val' and then press <Enter>.
Choose the "Valuation at a Date" report by double left clicking on the report name.
- There are two filters for this report the Date and the Stock Depot.
Mandatory: Both of these fields are mandatory and as such must be filled out. |
- "Date for valuation:" The date entered here will give you a value at the end of that day's trading.
- "Depot code:"Enter the depot code for the stock you wish to value.
Once the fields have been entered, press <F2> or left click [Start] to view the report.
Printing: To print out the "Valuation at a Date Report" press <F2> after the data is shown on Screen. |
