Summary
This article explains how to view turnover statistics for an account.
More Information
Go to " Sales Ledger\Purchase Ledger Customer/Supplier File Maintenance Add or Edit Customers/Suppliers".
- In the "Search on" field, enter the customer/supplier for whom you wish to view the turnover and click [Edit].
- This will take you to the "Customer/Supplier properties" screen showing the name, address and contact numbers for that account.
- From here, press <Shift+F8> to take you to the "Turnover Analysis" screen.
- Details on this page include turnover information, for the current site, by individual account, for the past 3 years, grouped by month, including turnover history by month along with a graph of this turnover information.
Any of the headings in the "Breakdown analysis of turnover" can be changed to suit your requirements. |
You can also get to the Turnover Statistics screen from any point where you can enter an account code.
- Move the cursor to the account code and press <Shift+F10> to open the "Customer Properties" window.
- Press <Shift+F8> to open the "Turnover Analysis" window.
