Summary

This article explains how to view turnover statistics for an account.

More Information

Go to " Sales Ledger\Purchase Ledger Customer/Supplier File Maintenance Add or Edit Customers/Suppliers".

  • In the "Search on" field, enter the customer/supplier for whom you wish to view the turnover and click [Edit].
  • This will take you to the "Customer/Supplier properties" screen showing the name, address and contact numbers for that account.
  • From here, press <Shift+F8> to take you to the "Turnover Analysis" screen.
    • Details on this page include turnover information, for the current site, by individual account, for the past 3 years, grouped by month, including turnover history by month along with a graph of this turnover information.
Any of the headings in the "Breakdown analysis of turnover" can be changed to suit your requirements.

You can also get to the Turnover Statistics screen from any point where you can enter an account code.

  • Move the cursor to the account code and press <Shift+F10> to open the "Customer Properties" window.
  • Press <Shift+F8> to open the "Turnover Analysis" window.

Turnover for specific Date Range

You may view turnover for a date range using Document History.

Go to " Reports & Settings Document History View Document History".

  • Set "Account" to 'S' for Customers (Sales Ledger) or 'P' for Suppliers (Purchase Ledger).
  • Enter a specific account code if required else leave blank for all customers or suppliers.
  • "Type" should be "Invs./Creds."
  • Enter the "Date" range for the turnover period.
  • Click [Search].
  • The "Nett" of the transactions, on the bottom right of the screen, will give you the turnover for the period.
