Summary

This article explains how to create post delivery problem code to attach to your Logistics Management tickets.

More Information

These are useful to log the types of issues you run into when transporting goods and will allow for more detailed reporting in the future.

Go to " Systems Logistics Management Job Planning".

  • Select a job and press <F5> or click [Edit].
  • Click on the [Post Delivery] tab.
  • Click into the "Problem Code" field.
  • Enter up to a 3 character code for you problem code.
DL For a Delay
  • Press <Shift+F10>.
  • Enter a description of the Problem code.
Delayed
  • Once happy press <Esc> and click [Accept]
