Summary
The following article explains how you log whether a logistics job has been delivered satisfactorily or not.
More Information
Go to " Logistics Management Job Planning"
- Click on the [Advanced] button.
- Using the various search fields available, search for the logistics job you wish to record information against and press <search>.
- Now press <F5> or click [Edit] to go into the job in question.
- Select the [Post Delivery] tab.
- In the "Job Satisfactory?" field, select whether the customer was happy with the delivery or not.
- In the "Problems" field, enter a problem code if needed, or press <Ctrl-F1> to search for it.
- In the "Notes" field, enter any applicable comments relating to the job.
- Click <Done> and <Accept> to save the changes to the job.
