If you have stored the mobile number against a specific driver, it is possible to have that displayed on your planning screen.
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings Logistics Management Planning Display Customisation".
 | The numbers down the left hand side of the screen represent the columns across your planning screen. |
- Cursor to the position you would like the driver's mobile number to appear.
- Press <Shift+F10> to insert a line.
- Enter '75' in the "Field" column and press <Enter>.
 | This will default to the first driver on the job. If you need to see the mobile numbers for more than one driver on the Job Planning screen, repeat the above 3 steps and then get the cursor across to the "Line/Item" column and enter a number from 1-6. |
- Press <Esc> and <Accept> to save any changes made.
Now go to " Logistics Management Job Planning", and review the changes that you have made. You may need to experiment with the positioning of the mobile number or numbers to make them easily visible.
| Note: Remember that the Job Planning display can be tailored for individual users, so you may need to make the changes to their display settings if they need to see the mobile numbers. |
