Summary

Sometimes when a PC updates to Internet explorer 7 as part of a manual or automatic update you can get the following error when starting Platinum.

The Publisher of the following program could not be Recognised

CR32.exe

Do you want to Run or Cancel.

This problem occurs due to some extra security added into Internet explorer 7. So whether you are using Windows XP and have upgraded the version of your web browser (by running a windows update) or if you are using Windows Vista you will get this problem.

Firefox users - If you are using Firefox as your default web browser, and have had an update to Internet Explorer, you will still get this problem.
