When you have searched for something in Platinum, whether it's Customers, Units or Stock Items, or you have run a report which displays on a GUI screen, you can sort the results by any of the column headings.
- To reset the sort order of these screens to their system default, right-click on any of the column headings and click [Reset].
 | This will also reset the columns back to their system default order if you have rearranged them. |
- The sort order and column order are configured and stored for individual users. If you want to reset the sort order for a different user, you will need to log into Platinum as that user and reset the columns.
