  • Follow this article on how to create your macro that will perform your required scheduled routine. In order for you to be able to schedule a macro it must be assigned to a user and have an auto execution code attached.
  • With the macro recorded go to " My Computer <Platinum Data Drive> SX SXUtils SXSetup.exe"
  • When you open the 'Platinum Setup Wizard' it will ask if you wish to update Platinum to the latest release, click [No].
  • Click 'Schedule a Platinum macro' and click [Next].
  • Select which company you wish to schedule the macro for, this will usually be '1: <Company Name>' and click [Next].
  • Select the macro from the "Macro to Schedule" drop down list.
  • Enter the time you wish to schedule the macro for in "At what time of day:".
  • Select which days of the week the macro should be ran on.
  • Enter the Windows username and password for the user which will be running the macro.
  • Click [Next].
  • The Platinum installation wizard will now schedule the macro to run at the specified time on the required days.
  • Click [Close].
