The principle involved to see all documents rather than just those with an outstanding balance is the same for both ledgers.

Go to {{Menu|{{SL}}|Receipts}} or {{Menu|{{PL}}|Payments}}.
*At the {{DataPrompt|Account:}} field, press {{KeyPress|F2}} to change {{DataPrompt|Mode:}} to show {{DataValue|All Documents}} (or use the mouse to select).
