Summary

The following article shows how you can see all documents in the Sales Ledger Receipts and Purchase Ledger Payments programs.

More Information

As the Receipts and Payments are in different ledgers the steps to view all documents rather than outstanding will be detailed below.

Receipts

Go to " Sales Ledger Receipts".

  • In "Account" press <F2> to change "Mode" to show "All Documents".
  • In "Account" enter in the customers account code or press <Ctrl-F1> to search for it.
  • Press <Enter> on the "Document" field.
What is displayed now are all documents relating to the customer entered above and not just documents with an outstanding balance.

Payments

Go to " Purchase Ledger Payments".

  • In "Account" press <F2> to change "Mode" to show "All Documents".
  • In "Account" enter in the suppliers account code or press <Ctrl-F1> to search for it.
  • Press <Enter> on the "Document" field.
What is displayed now are all documents relating to the supplier entered above and not just documents with an outstanding balance.
