Summary
This article explains how to change which printer a particular part of Platinum prints to for a particular pc. This can be quite useful if you wish to send, for example your invoices to a different printer for a while as the usual one has ran out of toner.
More Information
- Press <Alt+P> from anywhere within Platinum to open the "Print Record Override" window.
- Enter the correct print record number for the required printer.
- Click the [Device] tab.
- Click [Add].
- Click the [This Terminal] button.
- Click the [...] Button (the button with 3 dots on it).
- This will bring up your list of printers.
- Select the printer you wish to print to.
- Click [Print].
- Click [OK].
- Click [Done].
- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
