Finding the Services list can be different depending on the operating system of the computer.
- Open Task Manager and choose the [Service] tab.
- CDMS will appear in the services with the name "CDM Server" or "CDMS".
- [Right mouse] click on the CDMS service and choose the Stop option.
- Open a command prompt and navigate to the 'SX\SXUTILS' folder. This will be found in the network drive on which Platinum was installed.
