Summary
The following article explains how you update your Kramp cost prices in Platinum.
More Information
When you get notified of a new price file from Kramp, the updated retail prices should have already downloaded automatically into Platinum. To check this, log into Platinum and select " Help About Platinum Parts/Prices". Check that the date next to the Kramp parts file is up to date. If not, perform an online check. To do this, move back to the Licensing tab and select [Online Check]. This will download any available updates. Once this is done, you now need to update your cost prices as these are customer specific.
- Once you have checked you have the latest Kramp file, in Platinum, go to " Systems Data Import"
- In "Template Code :" enter "KRB" and press <F2> to update your cost prices on your Kramp shadow file.
This process will take a while. |
