Loyalty Card Maintenance allows you to view the balance on a Loyalty Card. You can use this option to check for pending, available and redeemed points.

View balance on multiple cards

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings Customer Loyalty Loyalty Card Maintenance".

  • Enter the Card number (with or without the leading characters), the Customer's Account Code or enter text to search on, e.g. part of the customer's name.
  • Click [Search].
  • Alternatively leave all fields blank and click [Search] to list all Loyalty Cards that have been issued.
  • The screen will display:
    • All points earned over the lifetime of the card.
    • Points Redeemed to date.
    • Points Available to spend.
    • Pending Points i.e. points earned but not yet available to spend.
    • Total Balance displays Available plus Pending points i.e. the balance on the card.

View balance per customer

Go to " Sales Ledger Customer File Maintenance Add or Edit Customers"

  • Find the customer using the search options
  • Click on the [Loyalty] tab to see any linked Loyalty cards and balance details.

Print results

If you wish to print the results, click the print icon at the top of the screen or press <Ctrl+P>.

  • Select [Print] for a printed list or choose [Excel] or [CSV] to create a file.
