Difference between revisions of "How do I View the Outstanding Balance on a Nominal Centre?"

You can if you wish, view at any time the balance of a Nominal Centre. The value shown will be as at the login date on Platinum.

Go to " Systems\Accounts Nominal Ledger Nominal Review".

In the "Centre from", enter the centre you wish to view the balance on; e.g. 'Z900'. The "Centre to" will be filled in automatically for you.
Set "Include preview?" to 'Yes'.
Press <F2> or [Search] to gather the data.
Once it has finished gathering, scroll to the bottom of the list and select the last line.
The balance of the centre will be shown on this line in the "Cumulative Bal." column.
