Summary

You can if you wish, view at any time the balance of a Nominal Centre. The value shown will be as at the login date on Platinum.

More Information

Go to " Systems\Accounts Nominal Ledger Nominal Review".

  • In the "Centre from", enter the centre you wish to view the balance on; e.g. 'Z900'. The "Centre to" will be filled in automatically for you.
  • Set "Include preview?" to 'Yes'.
  • Press <F2> or [Search] to gather the data.
  • Once it has finished gathering, scroll to the bottom of the list and select the last line.
  • The balance of the centre will be shown on this line in the "Cumulative Bal." column.
