How do I add more description to a workshop job?

Summary
To be able to add an extra description to a workshop job, that can then be passed onto a technician.
Additional information
To add more description to a job you need to be in the Job properties. so you will need to go to "Workshop Management" -> "Workshop Diary".
- To add additional information to a already created job press <C+F1> to search for the Job.
