Summary
This article explains how to add a contact to a prospects using Platinum Online.
More Information
- Log into Platinum Online.
- Go to " Prospecting Salesperson Activity".
- Find and select the prospect you want to add the contact to.
- Scroll down to the " Contacts" section.
- Select the plus icon to create a new contact.
- In the " Contact Details" section:
- At "Type", choose the method by which the prospect was contacted.
The contact type and follow up types must already exist in your Platinum system. To add a new type please see this article. |
- At "Notes", enter some notes that describe the contact that was made with prospect.
- If you would like there to be a follow up regarding this contact in the future then in the " Follow Up" section:
- Tick the "Follow up required?" box.
- At "Date", enter the date on which the follow up contact should be made.
- At "Type", choose the method by which the follow up contact should be made.
- At "Name", enter the name of the person who should be contacted.
- At "Notes", enter any useful notes about the follow up contact.
- Press the [Submit] button to add the contact.
