Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'vehicle counter'.

  • Set the "Default Vehicle Counter" field to be the most common distance or time unit that you use.
'Mileage'.
  • You can then add up to four other distance or time units in the "Alternate Vehicle Counter" fields.
Examples would include 'Kilometres' or 'Hours'.
