Summary

Though the Platinum system defaults to a particular printer you may wish to change this. This article explains how to do so for the Vehicle Health Checks.

More Information

Go to " Systems Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters Advisory Work Parameters".

  • Here you will see a "Automated reports" section in which are the following 3 options:
    • "Report after Jobcard"
    • "Check sheet after job card"
    • "Report after invoice"
  • To change where the above print simply change the "Print Record" to the required number.
  • Click the [Close] button.
Information:  There will not be an accept prompt as this setting is saved automatically.
WARNING:  For this setting to become active users will need to exit from the Workshop system and re-enter.
