Summary

The defaults for the Barcode scanners we at Catalyst supply are set only to allow barcodes with a minimum length of 3 characters. A number of Labour codes are 2 characters in length (the technician's initials) so Real Time Labour Code labels do not scan.

More Information

If you are using a Metrologic MS9520 barcode scanner, click here to download a PDF Document of the configuration barcodes that will reset your barcode scanner to accept barcodes with a minimum length of 2 characters allowing you to use it with the Real Time Labour Logging labels.

If you have Honeywell Voyager 1202g barcode scanner, then click here to download a PDF Document of the configuration barcodes that will reset your barcode scanner to accept barcodes with a minimum length of 2 characters allowing you to use it with the Real Time Labour Logging labels.
