Summary

The following article explains how to customise the default colours that are used widely in the system.

List Status Colours

These colours are used to indicate the general status of an item or job to the user and are editable from "Main Menu" -> "Reports and Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "System Colours" -> "Default Status Colours".

Ok - Can Do

This status indicates to a user that there is nothing wrong with an item and he is able to proceed. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"

Problem - Can't Do

This status indicates to a user that there is a problem with an item that requires his attention. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"

OK - Done

This status indicates to a user that the process that corresponds to the item has been completed. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

Overridden

This status indicates to a user that an automatic process has been overridden by a user. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

Due in Future
