More Information

In order to Control the number of messages the Workshop Retention Centre sends you will need:

  • Go to " Workshop Workshop Retention Centre Regular Processes".
  • Once the "Retention Centre" has finished compiling. you will be left with the actions due.
  • To limit the number of Messages sent you will need to press <Alt+F10> or click [Hold/Unhold] against the actions you do not want to send.
To make this easier click on the "Method" to group the methods in order. This also means you can see the number of SMS Actions to be sent sent and can easily be limited with the method.
