More Information

To check/set up your Platinum Online log in details, click here |
- Go to " Workshop Technician Activity".
- All Jobs your system is configured to display will be listed on screen.
- Find the Job you wish to work on.
- If no suitable existing Job is present then you can create a new one in two ways:
- To create a new job with initially empty details:
- Select the [+] "Create Job" button in the " Available Jobs" heading.
- To create a new job for the same customer and/or unit as an existing job:
- Select the 3 dots to the left of the existing job.
- Select the " Create Job (Copy)" option.
- To create a new job with initially empty details:
- Enter the basic job details:
- "Description": Enter a brief description of the job.
- "Customer": Enter or search for the customer for which the job is being worked on. If the customer cannot be found then leave this empty.
- "Unit": Enter or search for the unit that is being worked on. If no unit applies or the unit cannot be found then leave this empty.

- If the job is for a customer or unit that is not currently known to the system then add brief details to the " Job Notes" section and select [Add Note].
