Summary
Within Platinum you can assign features to your Vehicles, attributes to Stock, Customers and Suppliers, types to Workshop Jobs, and interest to Prospects. This article explains how to assign these attributes to categories.
More Information
- When creating or editing an attribute click onto the "Parameters" tab and then click into the "Category" field.
- Press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the category search window.
- Click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new category.
- In the "Category" field enter a unique code, this can be upto three characters long.
- In the "Description" field type in a suitable description for the category.
- If you wish to make this category mandatory click on the "Parameters" tab and set the "Mandatory?" to 'Yes'.
- Click [Close] and [Accept] to save the category.
