Summary
Though there are several standard advisory Problem codes in the workshop system you may wish to add some more, this article explains how.
More Information
Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".
- This will show the Diary for the current week and have today's date highlighted.
- To create a New Job on today's date, click [Add].
- Once all standard information has been added to the jobcard click the [Advisories] button to take you to the "Workshop Advisory Work" Screen.
- This will bring up a screen to enter a new advisory
- Click on the "Problem Code" and press <C+F1> and press <Enter> This will show you a list of existing problem codes.
- You can click the [Add] button to add a new problem code or select an existing one and Click [Edit]
- On a new code if you click add, next you will need to enter a "Problem Code" and Press <Enter>.
Tip: You will not need to do this step if the code already exists and you simply wish to edit it. |
- Finally Enter a "Description" for the Problem Code.
