Difference between revisions of "How do I create problem codes for workshop advisories?"

Though there are several standard advisory Problem codes in the workshop system you may wish to add some more, this article explains how.

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".

This will show the Diary for the current week and have today's date highlighted.
To create a New Job on today's date, click [Add].
Once all standard information has been added to the jobcard click the [Advisories] button to take you to the "Workshop Advisory Work" Screen.
This will bring up a screen to enter a new advisory
Click on the "Problem Code" and press <C+F1> and press <Enter> This will show you a list of existing problem codes.
You can either:
- Select an existing one and click [Edit]. Or,
- Click the [Add] button to add a new problem code.
  - Enter a "Problem Code" and Press <Enter>.
  - Enter a "Description" for the Problem Code.
  - Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
