Summary

Though there are several standard advisory Problem codes in the workshop system you may wish to add some more, this article explains how.

More Information

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".

  • This will show the Diary for the current week and have today's date highlighted.
  • To create a New Job on today's date, click [Add].
  • Once all standard information has been added to the jobcard click the [Advisories] button to take you to the "Workshop Advisory Work" Screen.
  • This will bring up a screen to enter a new advisory
  • Click on the "Problem Code" and press <C+F1> and press <Enter> This will show you a list of existing problem codes.
  • You can either:
    • Select an existing one and click [Edit]. Or,
    • Click the [Add] button to add a new problem code.
      • Enter a "Problem Code" and Press <Enter>.
      • Enter a "Description" for the Problem Code.
      • Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
