Summary
This article explains how to add your own Problem codes for the Workshop advisories. The Problem codes can only be created from inside a workshop job.
More Information
Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".
- This will show the Diary for the current week and have today's date highlighted.
- Either create a new job or edit an existing job. Before you can enter any advisories, you must have allocated a vehicle to the job.
- Click the [Advisories] button to take you to the "Workshop Advisory Work" Screen.
- This will either show a list of existing advisory items or bring up the screen to enter new advisory information.
- Click on the "Problem Code" and press <Ctrl+F1> and press <Enter> This will show you a list of existing problem codes.
- Either:
- Select an existing one and click [Edit].
- Or:
- Click the [Add] button to add a new problem code.
- Enter a "Problem Code" and press <Enter>.
- Enter a "Description" for the "Problem Code".
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
- Click the [Add] button to add a new problem code.
