On the detailed notes of a jobcard you can enter any amount of standard text, for example, items to check off at a service etc. You can save a list of quicktext that can be loaded onto any job if required.

Go to Workshop-> "Maintenance Options" -> "Jobcard Details Quick Text"

  • Press <F6> or click <Add>
  • In the "Text:" field, supply a code for the text you are going to create.
  • In the "Description:" field, enter a suitable description for the text.
  • In the "Notes:" lines, enter in all the text you wish to write.
  • Note, the tick boxes on the right hand side depict which documents the quick text will print on. Removing the tick will mean that the quick text will not be printed.
