Summary
This article explains how to create Workshop Job Types which can be assigned to your workshop jobs.
More Information
- Go to " Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters Add or Edit Job Types".
- Click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new type.
- In the "Workshop job type" field enter a unique code for the job type, this can be upto three characters long.
- In the "Description" field enter a suitable description.
- It is possible to colour code your job types using the fields below, these will appear next to the "Type" field in the Workshop Diary.
- Click the tick box next to "Text" and then select a colour for the description of the job type.
- Click the tick box next to "Background" and then select a colour for the background of the job type description.
- Click on the "Parameters" tab and then click into the "Category" field.
- Press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the category search window where you can search for an existing category or create a new one.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
