This article explains how to edit your Workshop mailshot letters. There are some standard ones issued with the system, but you may wish to modify these to your requirements.

Go to "Workshop Management" -> "Workshop Mailshots" and press <Enter> to view the current list of installed Mailshots.
Some examples listed are:
- Vehicle Service Reminder
- Vehicle MOT Reminder
If you don't see any of the above Mailshots, please contact Catalyst Support for further assistance.
Editing a Mailshot
- Select any of the listed Mailshots and press [Edit].
- Click [Edit the Letter].
- This should open up Notepad and display a series of codes and text. If you scroll down the page, towards the centre of the document, you will see the text of the text of the letter.
- Any of the text to the right of the "}" symbol can be edited; eg:
