Summary
The ability to find pre created workshop Jobs assigned for preparation work on vehicles being sold out through the Vehicle Sales system.
Additional Information
In order to search for workshop jobs you will need to go to "Workshop Management -> Workshop Diary". Once in the workshop diary you can search for specific criteria.
- In order to search press <Ctrl+F1>. This will bring up the workshop Diary Search Screen.
- In here the options to look at is the "Status".
- As a standard the "Status" code is set to 'SAL' this is the Vehicle Sales Order Job status. This might be different on your system if so do a search on the "Status" by pressing <Ctrl+F1> and type in Sales.
Results
This will list down all the jobs at present in the workshop diary that have been generated via the Vehicle Sales Ordering system, go down the list, to the relevant record and click on [Choose]. This will then load up the Workshop Job Properties.
