This article explains how to get a current valuation of your unit stock.

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

Go to " Unit Sales Unit Reports Reports".

  • Choose [Adjust Report Range].
  • Set "New Unit?" to 'Y' for New Units only, 'N' for Used Units only or leave this blank for All Units.
  • Set "Statuses Included" to your "In Stock" status (usually 'STO').
  • Press <Esc>.
  • Choose [Valuation Report].

This will show a report with the following columns:

Stk. No.     Description    New   Colour            Loc Stat      Value
This report will default to showing you the result on-screen. If you require a print, click the [Toggle Output] button on the Report Selection screen.

Valuation at a Date

Click here to produce a Valuation at a specific date.
