Summary

In some cases the totals or last lines of the pages can disappear from the Aged Debtors/Creditors Listing due to inconsistencies in Printer Drivers. The following article explains the most common method of correcting this.

More Information

First, you will have to find out which print record is being used by the program that has the problem. The easiest way to do this is to print one and read the "Print status" box that appears.
  • Press <Alt+P>.
  • Enter the Print record number you found from the "Print status" box.
  • Press <Shift+F10>.
  • Go down to the "Page Length" field and change this. What you change it to will depend on what it shows at the time. If it is set to '70', then change it to '67'. If it is set to '66', change it to '63'.
  • Press <Esc>.
  • Click [Accept].
  • Press <Esc>.
  • Then print your Aged Debtors/Creditors Listings - they should now print correctly.
