Summary
This article explains how to import a Data Import Template into your Platinum system.
More Information
You have a data import template that you have :-
- Exported from another copy of Platinum.
- Been sent by a member of our support team.
- Downloaded from the support site.
Import
You need to bring this template into Platinum before it can be used.
- Go to the " Data Import".
- Use the <Shift+F7> key to Import the template.
- Enter the code of the template that you want to import, and press <Enter>.
- The template will then be imported into Platinum.
- If you are about to import a template with the same code as one already there you will be prompted if you want to replace the existing template.
- The template is now ready to use or edit.
