Additional Information

  • To show a technician as having left, you will need to go to "Workshop Management" -> Maintenance Options" -> "Technicians Labour Rates" -> "Add or Edit Labour Codes".
  • This will take you to the "Add or Edit Labour Codes" screen, it is here where you need to bring up the relevant Technician whom you would like to show as having left. To do this either:
    • Type in the technicians "Labour Code:".
    • Run a Search for the technicians Labour code by pressing <Crtl+F1> and then typing in the technician's name or use the <F1>/<Shift+F1> keys to advance through the list of technicians.
    • Move to the "Leaving Date:" and enter the date that the technician left. From this date forward, the technician's hours will be excluded from the available hours in the Diary. Do not change the hours that the technician worked since this will upset historic reporting.
  • Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
