* Enter your range criteria for the range of centres you want to list e.g. choose {{DataPrompt|Type}} - {{DataValue|Profit & Loss}}.

* Click {{Button|Report}} to list the centres.
*Go to "Accounts" -> "Nominal Ledger" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Centre Maintenance" -> "List Centres"

* Once listed to the screen you can press {{KeyPress|C-P}} to print or export the list to Excel.

This allows you to select only certain centres, whether you want totals and whether you want the results going to "Screen" or "Printer". The default will be all centres, with totals, sent to the screen. This can be changed to sending to the printer by pressing {{KeyPress|F2}}.

When a Listing is produces you will see in the 3rd and forth columns some Letters that denote where in the profit and loss and balance sheet the amounts in those centres appear.

Summary

This article explains how to get a list of your Nominal Ledger codes either on screen, printed or as an Excel file.

More Information

Go to " Nominal Ledger Maintenance Options Centre Maintenance List Nominal Centres".

  • Enter your range criteria for the range of centres you want to list e.g. choose "Type" - 'Profit & Loss'.
  • Click [Report] to list the centres.
  • Once listed to the screen you can press <Ctrl+P> to print or export the list to Excel.
