Summary

This article explains how to print a Job Satisfaction Note for an Insurance Job.

You will need to have processed your workshop job in the approved manner. See THIS article for more detailed help.

When the Vehicle is ready for the customer to collect, you will need to go " Workshop Job Reports Workshop Report Generator".

  • At the "Filter on:", enter 'SAT' and then press <Enter> to Search. This will bring back a report called Satisfaction Note.
  • Click [Start] to start the report.
  • Enter the job number.
  • Click [Start] to run the report.
  • This will print a Job Satisfaction Note with the 'Customer Name', 'Vehicle Registration Number', 'Vehicle Model' and 'Excess Amount' all filled in automatically.
  • Press <Esc> to exit from here.
