Summary

This article explains how to print a Job Satisfaction Note for an Insurance Job.

More Information

You will need to have processed your workshop job in the approved manner. See this article for more detailed help.

When the unit is ready for the customer to collect, you will need to go " Workshop Workshop Diary"

  • Locate the job and click [Edit].
  • Go to the "Unit" field and click [Reports].
  • Select 'Satisfaction Note'.
If you do not have this option follow the steps below
  • Having selected [Reports] click [Global Reporting].
  • Click [Add].
  • Select Workshop.
  • At "Filter on" enter 'SAT' and click [Search].
  • Select 'SAT - Satisfaction Note' and click [Choose].
  • Click [Close].
  • You may repeat the above steps to link the report to other fields e.g. to the "Claim No" field on the third party tab.

Printing for a specific Job

As an alternative you may go to " Workshop Job Reports Workshop Report Generator".

  • At "Filter on:", enter '~SA' and press <Enter> to Search.
  • Select '~SA'- Satisfaction Note - Job and click [Start].
  • Enter the job number.
  • Click [Start] to run the report.
  • This will print a Job Satisfaction Note with the 'Customer Name', 'Unit Registration Number', 'Unit Model' and 'Excess Amount' all filled in automatically.
  • Press <Esc> to exit from here.
