Summary
This article will explain how Platinum can print out a Job Satisfaction note for an Insurance Workshop Job.

You will need to have created your workshop Job in the approved manner. See How do I Create a Insurance Workshop Job?
When the Vehicle is ready for the customer to collect you will need to go
" Workshop Management Job Reports Workshop Reports Generator".
- At the "Filter on:" enter 'SAT' and then <F2> to Search, this will bring back a report called Satisfaction Note.
- Now <F4> to start the report, at the "Enter job number:" enter your job number.
- Now <F2> to start the report.
- This will send a Job Satisfaction Note to your printer with the 'Customers Name' 'Vehicle Registration Number' 'Vehicle Model' '' and 'Excess Amount' all filled in automatically.
